Pani puri is given a new life in this recipe as cocktail shots. Crisp puris topped with spicy potatoes and chickpeas rest over the tangy and slightly spicy mint water that is poured into shot glasses. The puris can be dipped into the glasses for guests to savour with each mouthful. It’s entertaining, engaging, and sure to be loved by everybody at a party.

Description - Step 1

Prepare Mint Water

Prepare a smooth mixture by blending mint leaves, coriander leaves, green chillies, ginger, and a little water. Toss in some salt, sugar, roasted cumin powder, tamarind pulp, lemon juice and chaat masala. To get a clean, transparent pani, blend once more and strain.
