1½ cupsThin vermicelli, crushed into small broken strands
In a large bowl, combine boiled potatoes, boiled peas, grated paneer, ginger, garlic, green chillies, red chilli powder, garam masala, cumin powder, salt, and coriander. Now mash everything together until well combined and smooth. The mixture should hold its shape when pressed.
