A bold, comforting fusion, Korean BBQ paneer paratha combines two familiar elements: an Indian stuffed paratha and the sweet-smoky flavour of Korean BBQ. Using a Korean BBQ-inspired marinade of soft, marinated paneer and a perfect blend of mild sweetness, garlic, and umami, each piece of marinated, soft paneer is then added to a chewy paratha made with Aashirvaad Select 100 per cent MP Sharbati Atta to create a deliciously satisfying dish.
The atta delivers excellent results because its inherent softness and elasticity allow the parathas to support moist fillings without being overly heavy, while creating a tender, satisfying final product. In turn, this results in a paratha that is indulgent yet well-balanced. Parathas are perfect for hearty breakfasts, brunch, or quick dinners that are exciting to prepare and enjoy with minimal preparation.

Directions
Description - Step 1
Step 1: Prepare the dough
In a large mixing bowl, add Aashirvaad Select 100% MP Sharbati Atta and salt. Gradually add water until the mixture forms a soft, very smooth dough. Cover the dough and let it rest for 10 minutes before rolling; this will increase its elasticity, making it easier to roll.

Step 2: Prepare the Korean BBQ paneer filling
In a medium-sized mixing bowl, combine the paneer with the Korean-style BBQ sauce, soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, minced ginger, red chilli flakes, black pepper, and chopped scallions, gently mixing until all the paneer is coated without breaking apart.

Step 3: Shape the parathas
Once you have completed the previous steps, divide the dough into equal pieces and gently flatten one piece before placing a generous amount of paneer filling in the centre. Carefully seal the dough around the filling, then lightly dust with dry atta before rolling into a medium-thick paratha with the filling evenly distributed throughout.

Step 4: Cook the Korean BBQ paneer parathas
Preheat a large tawa over medium heat, then place the rolled paratha on the hot surface and cook until bubbles appear. Flip the paratha over, lightly brush with ghee, and continue cooking until both sides develop colour (golden brown) and a light char. Continue with the steps above to cook any remaining parathas.
