This creative, kid-friendly dish combines Indian comfort food with international flavours in a layered paratha and vegetable bake. Rather than using spaghetti or lasagna sheets, each layer is built over a bed of soft parathas prepared with Aashirvaad M.P. Chakki Atta. Each paratha is authentically flavoured, as the flour is made from pure, unadulterated whole wheat and contains zero maida with no added ingredients. Baked until bubbling and golden, this paratha dish layers tangy tomato sauce, a rainbow of sautéed veggies, and plenty of cheese. The end result is an impressive main dish with layers that will steal the spotlight at any gathering, whether it's a potluck or a joyous family dinner.

Directions

Description - Step 1

Prepare Paratha Sheets

Take a big mixing bowl and add Aashirvaad M.P. Chakki Atta, salt and oil. To get a smooth, soft dough, slowly add water while kneading. Let it rest for 10 minutes. Split the dough into five or six equal portions, roll each into a thin circle, and quickly fry on a hot tawa with very little oil, turning once, until they are slightly golden but still very soft.
