A pinch Hing (Asfoedita)

1 sprigCurry leaves
1 inchGinger (finely chopped)
1 tspSalt (adjust to taste)
½ tspSugar
½ lemonLemon (for juice)
2 tbspFresh Coriander Leaves - Chopped
2 tbspOil
2 tbspPeanuts

Prep the poha

  • Rinse the flattened rice in a colander under running water till the water runs clean. 
  • Keep it aside after rinsing.
