Sweet potato (boiled)
3 cups
Barnyard millet (boiled)
1 1/4 cup
Cashew nuts (finely chopped)
1/4 cup
Green chilies (finely chopped)
1 – 2
chopped coriander
a big handful
Garam masala
1 tsp
Coriander powder
1 tsp
Roasted cumin
1 tsp
Chat masala
1 tsp
Salt
to taste
Peanut oil (for pan-frying)

Prepare the Mixture

  • In a spacious bowl, blend the boiled sweet potatoes, cooked millets, chopped cashews, green chillies, fresh cilantro, and all the spices. Mix thoroughly until a cohesive dough forms. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.

Shape and Fry the Cutlets
