1 1/4 cup Barnyard millet (boiled)
1/4 cupCashew nuts (finely chopped)
1 – 2 Green chilies (finely chopped)
a big handfulchopped coriander
1 tsp Garam masala
1 tspCoriander powder
1 tspRoasted cumin
1 tspChat masala
to tasteSalt
3-4 tbsp Peanut oil (for pan-frying)

Prepare the Mixture

 

  • In a spacious bowl, blend the boiled sweet potatoes, cooked millets, chopped cashews, green chillies, fresh cilantro, and all the spices. Mix thoroughly until a cohesive dough forms. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.
