In a microwave-safe bowl, melt butter and dark chocolate together in short intervals until smooth. In another bowl, whisk yoghurt and sugar until creamy. Combine both mixtures, then sift in flour, baking powder, and salt. Add coffee decoction, milk, and vanilla essence. Fold gently into a thick, glossy batter.

Step 3: Prepare the Cookie Dough

In a separate bowl, beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy using an electric beater. Sift in flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Add chocolate chips, milk, and vanilla essence. Mix until a soft, pliable dough forms; it should hold shape but not feel sticky.

Step 4: Layer and Bake

Spread the brownie batter evenly into the prepared tin. Take small pieces of cookie dough and place them randomly over the brownie layer. Sprinkle extra chocolate chips on top.
