During iftar, samosas are a popular Ramadan snack enjoyed alongside main courses. This Cheese Keema Samosa recipe combines melted cheese and spicy chicken mince for a decadent fusion touch. The crust is made with maida and Aashirvaad Shudh Chakki Atta, giving the samosas a flaky, golden texture. The filling is layered with chicken, a blend of spices and cheese, and is served hot with tangy and sweet chutneys. Let’s learn how to combine Middle Eastern-style keema and cheese with Indian street-style samosas.
