1 tspRed chilli powder
½ tspTurmeric powder
½ tspGaram masala

1 tbspLemon juice
1 cupGram flour (besan), For Batter
2 tbspRice flour or Cornstarch
½ tspCarom seeds (ajwain)
1Chopped green chilli
2 tbspChopped coriander leaves
as requiredWater, (to make a thick batter)

Description - Step 1

Step 1: Marinate the chicken

  • Take a wide bowl and place the chicken pieces in it.

  • Mix chicken pieces with ginger-garlic paste, red chilli powder, turmeric, garam masala, salt, and lemon juice. 

  • Toss the chicken pieces well with the spices and allow them to marinate for at least 20 minutes.
