Make use of those leftover rotis by turning them into crispy taco shells with these Crispy Soya Tacos. A combination of protein-rich soya chunks, Indian masalas and cornflour creates the filling. Perfect for gatherings, lunchboxes, or guilt-free munching, these tacos come with a peri peri curd dip and are quick, nutritious and delicious.

2-3Cheese slices (optional)
1 smallOnion, finely chopped
1 smallTomato , finely chopped
2 tbspFresh coriander, chopped
½ tspChaat masala
For Dip:
½ cupCurd
1 tspPeri peri masala
