Description - Step 1

Prep the ingredients

Peel and chop the cucumbers and divide into two. Keep ½ chopped cucumber aside for final serve. Also chop the cilantro and squeeze out the lemon juice. For the avocado flesh, halve the avocado in two and then pit, and scoop out the flesh. Lastly, trim and deseed the jalapeno. Make sure to thoroughly wash your hands after working with jalapeno, or use gloves.
