Take a large pan and heat the butter or olive oil. Sauté onions and garlic. Then add the carrots, and sauté for 10 minutes
Add the celery and the chicken broth. Reduce the heat and simmer till the vegetables are tender
Add corn, chicken, and fresh Moringa leaves. Add the nutmeg, salt, and pepper. Boil for a few minutes. Add bok choy and boil for a few minutes.
