That’s how detox water rose to popularity. Detox water is nothing but homemade flavored water infused with natural ingredients like fruits, vegetables, herbs, and spices. There are multiple varieties of detox water, but the one that’s easiest to make (and also the most popular) is lemon, cucumber, and mint detox water. Detox water comes together in minutes but needs 2-8 hours of infusion time.

Description - Step 1

Prep the ingredients

Rinse all the ingredients. Now, thinly slice the lemon and cucumber. If the lemons are small in size, use 1.5 instead of 1. Chop the mint leaves and peel and slice the ginger (if using).
