Iffa chicken is a creamy, flavour-packed dish that has recently taken social media by storm. It is a Dubai viral recipe: tender, marinated chicken with a rich, velvety white sauce, making it an indulgent yet comforting dish. The dish first gained popularity through Instagram cooking videos and quickly spread across food blogs and homes. Its appeal lies in its simplicity, cooking technique and flavours, which make it easy for anyone to recreate at home. At the heart of Iffa chicken is a well-spiced marinade made with yoghurt, ginger-garlic paste, chilli powder, turmeric, and other spices. The chicken is usually pan-fried or grilled, which gives them a characteristic flavour. What truly sets this Dubai viral recipe apart is its unique creamy white sauce, typically made using ingredients like egg whites, cheese, cream, garlic, and milk. Another reason why the Iffa chicken recipe has become such a sensation is that it exists in more than one form – there’s also a green Iffa chicken. The dish pairs with flatbreads, rice, or even salads, making it suitable for both a solo and high-protein meal for one to serving guests at special gatherings. Foodies can experiment further and introduce other herbs and condiments to relish the same Dubai viral recipe with new flavours added to the mix.
