In a separate bowl, mix papad khar with turmeric powder, hing, baking powder, and water to form a paste.

Roll and Fry the Fafda

Combine the paste with the besan mixture to form a dough. Shape into small cylinders, then flatten into thin sheets. Use a knife to cut them. Grease with oil and microwave for 1 minute or fry until golden. Serve with hot jalebis.
