Description - Step 1

Step 1: Prepare the batter

  • In a bowl, combine besan, turmeric, chilli powder, cumin, salt, and coriander. 

  • Gradually add water and whisk until smooth and lump-free.

  • The consistency should be like pancake batter. 

  • Let the batter rest for 5 minutes.
