Mix the Ingredients
In a mixing bowl, combine the wheat flour, rice flour, chana dal, onion, green chilies, garlic, ginger, cumin seeds, turmeric powder, curry leaves, coriander leaves, and salt.
Add Oil
Drizzle some oil into the mixture, and combine everything thoroughly.
Make the Dough
Gradually add water to the mixture, kneading the dough until it comes together. Let it rest for 15 minutes.
Shape the Thalipeeth
Take portions of the dough and form them into small balls. Roll each ball into a circular shape. Fry the Thalipeeth on a pan until golden brown on one side, then flip and cook the other side until golden brown as well.
