2 mediumPotatoes (boiled and mashed)
½ cupSweet corn kernels (boiled)
½ tspGrated ginger
¾ cupMozzarella cheese (grated)
1Green chilli (finely chopped)
½ tspChaat masala
¼ tspBlack pepper powder
2 tbspBread crumbs
to tasteSalt
2 tbspCornstarch (cornflour) (For coating)
2 tbspAll-purpose flour
¼ cupWater (Or add as needed)
½ cupBreadcrumbs
to tasteSalt
for deep fryinOil

Description - Step 1

Step 1: Mix the base

  • In a large bowl, mash the potatoes and toss in the sweet corn, cheese, green chilli, coriander, black pepper powder, grated ginger, chaat masala, breadcrumbs, and salt. 

  • Give these ingredients a good mix.

  • Add more breadcrumbs if you find the mixture sticky. Also, add more salt if required.
