Description - Step 1

Step 1: Soak and Cook Chickpeas

  • Soak 1 cup of chickpeas overnight.

  • Pressure cook soaked chickpeas along with bay leaf, cinnamon, and cloves. Cardamom, black cardamom, and tea bag.

  • After it's cooked, discard the whole spices and tea bag.
