Description - Step 1

Step 1: Prepare the dough

  • Combine whole wheat flour, oil, salt, cumin seeds, sesame seeds, and crushed kasuri methi in a bowl.

  • Gradually add water and knead into a semi-soft, smooth dough that’s easy to roll.

  • Cover the dough with a cloth and let it rest.
