Kaju katli truffles are a contemporary take on the traditional Indian sweet known as kaju katli, or kaju barfi. These treats are crafted from the same rich cashew fudge as the original mithai, but they’re transformed into fun, bite-sized balls and coated in chocolate. These truffles are then rolled in cocoa powder or chopped nuts, or even desiccated coconut. They maintain that signature nutty flavour of kaju katli while adding a festive and indulgent twist that’s perfect for any celebration.
