With chopping vegetables taking the most effort, this is an easy recipe to recreate at home. You can add vegetables of your choice, since the trademark herby aroma and tangy taste come from chopped coriander and lemon juice, respectively.

Sauté the onions

Add oil to a saucepan and heat on medium-high. Once the oil is hot, add ginger, garlic, green chillies, and sautè for 30 secs. Then, add the onions and sautè till they turn translucent.
