Delicious and indulgent, Millet Chocolate Energy Bars are packed with nutrients and are healthy too.

Puffed millet
1/4 cup
Finger millet flour
1 cup
Quick oats
1/2 cup
Jaggery syrup
1/2 cup
Chopped almonds
1/4 cup
Melted chocolate
1/2 cup
Coconut oil
1/4 cup
Honey
1 tbsp

Directions

Prepare the Base

Take a large mixing bowl and add the finger millet flour, puffed millets, and the oats. Add the jaggery syrup, coconut oil, and honey. Mix this properly and transfer to a baking tray. Spread the mixture evenly and press firmly. Bake at 180 degrees for 15 minutes.

Freeze the Bars

Once the mixture has baked, keep aside and cool completely. Melt dark chocolate and spread evenly over the mixture., Freeze the bars for about an hour, till it is set.

Cut and Store

Once the bars are frozen and set, cut into squares. Store in an airtight container so you can enjoy them whenever needed.
