Take a large mixing bowl and add the finger millet flour, puffed millets, and the oats. Add the jaggery syrup, coconut oil, and honey. Mix this properly and transfer to a baking tray. Spread the mixture evenly and press firmly. Bake at 180 degrees for 15 minutes.

Once the mixture has baked, keep aside and cool completely. Melt dark chocolate and spread evenly over the mixture., Freeze the bars for about an hour, till it is set.
