The dried figs add a rich sweetness, while fresh figs offer a juicy, subtle flavour that makes the milkshake even more enjoyable. Description - Step 1

Step 1: Prep the figs

  • If using dried figs, soak them in warm water for about 30 minutes or until they become soft.

  • If using fresh figs, wash and chop them directly. 

  • You can also use a mix of both if available for extra flavour.
