This Ragi Chakli recipe offers a wholesome spin on the beloved chakli recipe. Using ragi flour instead of wheat gives this chakli a nuttier taste and makes it healthier by increasing its iron, calcium, and fibre content. Aashirvaad Besan gives the chaklis their distinctive crunch by creating a silky, lump-free mixture that perfectly binds the dough made of millet flour and rice flour. Light yet satisfying, it's the ideal snack for munching on while sipping chai or coffee at tea time. Along with aligning with current health trends, it's a wonderful way to incorporate millets into everyday meals without sacrificing the traditional chakli flavour.
