To Make the Green Chutney
1 cupCoriander Leaves – Finely Chopped
1 cupPudina Leaves – Finely Chopped
4Garlic Cloves – Peeled
¼ tspBlack Salt
1 tbspWater
½ tspAmchur Powder
Garnish for the Ram Laddu
2 tbspTamarind Chutney
1/3 cupGrated White Mooli
1 tbspCoriander Leaves – Chopped
1 tbspLemon Juice
½ tspChaat Masala

Take a blender and add the lentils, ginger, chilli, cumin, asafoetida, and salt. Keep adding water and grind to a semi-fine consistency. Keep adding water until the batter is ready.
