Description - Step 1

Step 1: Prepare the Chickpeas

Take out the boiled chickpeas and pat them dry using a cotton cloth. Using a rolling pin or heavy spoon, flatten the chickpeas one at a time. Then, roast them in the oven at 180°C for 12–15 minutes, or until crispy.
