2 mediumTomato, finely chopped
1-2Green Chilli
¾ tbspGinger-garlic paste
½ tspCumin Seeds
¼ tspTurmeric powder
1 tspRed chilli powder
¾ tspCoriander powder
¾ tspGaram masala
½ tspAmchur (dry mango powder)
To tasteSalt
3 tbsp Oil (use sunflower or mustard oil for vegan)
2 tbsp Coriander leaves, finely chopped

Description - Step 1

Prep the okra

  • Rinse the bhindi well under running water and let them drain. 

  • After that, dry them off completely with a clean kitchen towel or some tissues to eliminate any moisture. 

  • Then, chop them into ¾ inch pieces.
