Oats & dal cheela is a nourishing Indian pancake that brings together protein-rich moong dal and hearty oats. This cheela is blended with ginger, green chilli, and fresh vegetables for added texture and flavour. It’s easy to prepare, needs minimal oil, feels light yet filling, and is thus perfect as a healthy breakfast or an evening tea-time snack.

to tasteSalt
2 tbspOil (for cooking)

Description - Step 1

Soak the dal

Rinse the moong dal thoroughly and soak it in enough water for 2 to 3 hours. Drain well before using to ensure a smooth batter.
