Made with sesame seeds, jaggery, roasted peanuts, coconut, and a hint of nutmeg, it is both nutritious and satisfying. Dry roast sesame seeds on a low flame until they turn light golden and crisp. Stir continuously to avoid burning. Once done, transfer them to a large mixing bowl.
