Description - Step 1

Step 1: Wash and Soak the Peanuts

Rinse the raw peanuts thoroughly under running water until clear. Transfer them to a large bowl and cover with water. Let them soak for 2 hours to soften the shells and remove any earthy residue. Drain the peanuts well before moving to the boiling stage.
