Indulge in Baked Crab Cakes - a delightful appetizer made with juicy crab meat, baked to perfection.

Crab meat (crab sticks- freshly deveined crab)
250 gms
Onion (chopped)

Directions

Prepare the Mixture

Blend the crab meat and transfer the mixture to a bowl. Add the onions, chopped green chillies, and garlic to the crab mixture.

Add the Fillers

Add the panco bread crumbs, eggs, and the salt to the mixture. Mix well.

Bake the Crab Cakes

Preheat the oven to 220 degrees for 10 minutes. In the meantime, grease a baking tray. Add the crab mixture to the baking tray and top it with the shredded cheese. Bake the mixture for 15-20 minutes on one side, then gently flip. Bake the other side for

another 10 minutes, till the crab cakes are golden brown in colour.
