Preheat the oven to 220 degrees for 10 minutes. In the meantime, grease a baking tray. Add the crab mixture to the baking tray and top it with the shredded cheese. Bake the mixture for 15-20 minutes on one side, then gently flip. Bake the other side for
another 10 minutes, till the crab cakes are golden brown in colour.
