Ganesh Chaturthi is a festival filled with devotion, joy, and, of course, delicious food. Among the many festive delights, chole samosa chaat really takes the spotlight. This dish is rooted in the lively street food culture of North India, where every mouthful brings a delightful mix of tangy chutneys, crispy samosas, spicy chickpeas, and fresh toppings. Adding this dish to your festive spread not only brings variety but also a burst of flavours that everyone will enjoy.
Then, pressure cook them with some water and a pinch of salt until they're nice and soft.

Step 4: Assemble the chaat
Start by placing a crushed samosa on a plate.
Spoon some hot chole over the top, then drizzle on green chutney, tamarind chutney, and a dollop of yogurt. Skip the yoghurt for a vegan version.

Serve immediately to enjoy your delicious creation.
