Wash the millets first. In a pressure cooker, add some ghee and roast the washed millets on medium flame. Add milk to the pressure cooker and stir well. Pressure cook for 4 whistles on low flame. When the whistle is about to come, reduce the flame.

Assemble the Dish
Wait till the pressure is naturally released, then open the cooker. Add sugar and cook on medium flame for 3 minutes. Next, add rose water and the pink food colour. Mix well
and turn off the flame. Garnish with finely chopped pistachios.
