Step 1: Prepare the Filling

  • Firstly, in a large mixing bowl, take the grated paneer.

  • Stir in capsicum, ginger-garlic paste, chilli powder, cumin powder, garam masala, aamchur, tomato sauce, coriander leaves, and a pinch of salt.

  • Mix well and ensure the spices are combined well.
