This High-Protein Matar Soya Paratha brings together the natural sweetness of green peas and the plant-powered protein of soya chunks in a robust, spiced filling. Balanced with warming Indian spices and fresh coriander, the stuffing is wrapped in soft whole wheat dough and cooked until golden. Paired with Greek yoghurt and achar, one paratha delivers approximately 15–18 grams of protein, making it both nourishing and satisfying.
