¼ cupRice Flour or Bread Crumbs (Binder)
1 tspGinger-Garlic Paste
1-2 tspGreen Chillies, finely chopped
1 tspRed Chilli Powder
1 tspCumin Powder (Jeera)
1 tspChaat Masala or Amchur (Dry Mango Powder)
to tasteSalt
as neededOil/Ghee
Assembly & Toppings:
4 -6 Cheese Slices (Cheddar/Processed)
1Onion
ApproximateSpicy Tangy Sauce
½ cupMayonnaise
2 -3 tbspChilli Garlic Sauce

Description - Step 1

Making the Paratha Dough

Mix all-purpose flour, salt, a little oil, and water in a bowl until a soft, smooth dough forms. Knead well. Cover the dough and allow it to rest.
