Description - Step 1

Step 1: Prepare the Beans

Heat oil in a pan and sauté garlic until fragrant. Add onion and cook until translucent. Stir in tomatoes, tomato puree, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook for 4–5 minutes, then mash in the kidney beans. Add a splash of water, parsley, and simmer for 2 minutes. Turn off the heat.
