Description - Step 1

Step 1: Soak and cook jowar

  • Wash the jowar and soak it overnight or for at least 8-10 hours. 

  • Pressure cook the soaked jowar for 5-6 whistles until soft. 

  • Keep the cooking water aside for later use.
