½ cupPeanuts (roasted & coarsely ground)
2 medium Boiled potatoes (diced)
2 Green chilies (finely chopped)
1 tspCumin seeds
2 tbspGhee
to tasteRock salt (sendha namak)
1 sprigCurry leaves
½ tspSugar (optional)
1 tbspLemon juice
2 tbspFresh coriander (chopped)

Description - Step 1

Step 1: Soak sabudana

  • Start by rinsing the sabudana thoroughly until the water runs clear. 

  • Then, soak it for about 4 to 6 hours, or you can leave it overnight. Make sure to drain it completely afterward.
