1 cup Fenugreek leaves (methi) finely chopped
1/4 cup Whole wheat flour (atta)
1 tspRed chilli powder
1/2 tspCoriander powder
Salt to taste
1Green chilli finely chopped
1 cupYogurt
1 tspCumin seeds
1 tbspWhite sesame seeds
1 tbspCarom seeds (ajwain)
2 tbspOil

Description - Step 1

Prepare the Dough

  • Combine millet flour, fenugreek leaves, wheat flour, chilli powder, coriander powder, salt, green chilli, and yogurt in a bowl. Mix the ingredients well and knead them into a stiff dough. Cover the dough and set it aside for fifteen to twenty minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
