¼ tspRed chili powder
½ tspGaram masala
½ tspChaat masala
for deep fryingOil
½ cupGram flour (besan) (For batter)
2 tbspRice flour or Corn flour
¼ tspRed chilli powder
½ tspCarom seeds (ajwain)
to tasteSalt
½ tspGreen chilli paste
½ tspGinger paste
as neededWater (for batter)

Description - Step 1

Step 1: Prepare Paneer

  • Cut the paneer into small, bite-sized cubes. Give the cubes a gentle pat to dry off any extra moisture.

  • Take a medium bowl and toss in the paneer cubes.

  • Add a dash of red chilli powder, garam masala, and chaat masala to the paneer. 

  • Mix them together well, and put aside the bowl for later.
