These savoury pumpkin fries are baked to a crisp perfection, and are a healthier alternative to potato fries. Not to mention, they’re perfect for Thanksgiving. Enjoy them with burgers, sandwiches, or as is, like an evening snack.

Description - Step 1

Step 1: Prep the pumpkin

Take a sharp knife and slice the pumpkin in half. Now, scoop out the seeds and pulp, slice off the ends, and using a sharp vegetable peeler, peel the pumpkin pieces. Now, slice the peeled pieces into 3-inch-long, ½-inch thick sticks. Now, soak the fries in cold water for at least 30 minutes.
