In the same pan, melt jaggery with ghee on low heat.

Stir continuously until the jaggery melts completely and forms a thick syrup. This will take about 4 to 5 minutes.

Remove from heat once done.

Now, add the toasted sesame seeds, cardamom powder, pistachio powder, and chopped nuts (optional) into the jaggery syrup.

Mix well until everything is evenly coated.

Let the mixture cool for a little bit before shaping.

First, give your hands a light greasing with ghee. 

Then, take small portions of the warm mixture and roll them into cylindrical mini rolls.

Make sure to work quickly before it cools down.

Allow the rolls to cool completely at room temperature. 

When they’re firm, store them in an airtight jar, and they will stay fresh for up to two weeks.
