Description - Step 1

Step 1: Prepare Hung Curd

Line a large bowl with a muslin cloth or cheesecloth.
Pour the curd into it, gather the edges, and tie it into a bundle.
Hang this over a sink or bowl for 6 hours or overnight in the refrigerator to drain the whey completely.
After draining, you'll get thick, creamy hung curd.
