Cook the millets

Give the millets a good rinse under running water until they're nice and clean. In a pot, add millet with water and a pinch of salt. Bring it to a boil, reduce heat, cover, and simmer for about 10 minutes or until fluffy. Once done, fluff with a fork and keep aside.
