Description - Step 1

Step 1: Prepare the prawns

  • Begin by washing the prawns, then proceed to clean and devein them. 

  • Next, marinate the prawns by adding ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder, lemon juice, and salt for about 20 minutes.

  • After marinating, shallow fry the prawns until they’re cooked.

  • Keep aside the shallow-fried prawns.
