Watermelon and mint mojito cooler is a refreshing drink, best enjoyed during warm summer evenings. It’s non-alcoholic, topped with ice, and perfectly pairs the cooling mint and watermelon with zesty lemon. Honey adds a hint of sweetness that elevates the entire drink, making it the ideal choice to have with evening snacks, brunches, or even at dinner parties.
Remove all the seeds from the watermelon and chop it into cubes. Make sure no seeds remain, else they’ll blend with the drink. Squeeze the lemon juice.
