Deconstruct the classic egg roll into a fulfilling, no-fried, quick-fix bowl with this cabbage egg roll bowl recipe. Ground chicken (or meat of your choice) is sauteed with the same veggies and sauces that lend the egg roll its trademark taste. However, instead of wrapping, sealing, and frying the mix, it’s simply assembled in a bowl and served.
Add ½ - 1 tsp of oil into a skillet on medium-high heat. Then, add the ground chicken and brown it. Keep breaking it up with a wooden spoon while browning.
