This tricolour smoothie, which is inspired by the Indian flag and is made with three layers, mango, banana-coconut, and kiwi spinach each bursting with fresh flavour and natural nutrients, is perfect for foodies who love nutritious indulgence with a visual punch. It's perfect for celebrations like Independence Day, or just to put a vibrant boost on your day.

Description - Step 1

Prepare each smoothie layer separately.

  • Mango layer: Blend mango chunks with orange juice and honey until smooth. Pour into serving glasses as the base layer.

 

  • Banana-coconut layer: Rinse the blender and then blend banana, yoghurt, and coconut milk. Gently pour over the mango layer using a spoon to help control the flow and keep layers distinct.

 

  • Kiwi-spinach layer: Rinse the blender again, and then blend kiwi, spinach, water, lemon juice, and honey. Layer this slowly on top of the banana smoothie.

Let the layers sit in the refrigerator for about 10 minutes.
